WINNING APPEAL IN CIVIL RIGHTS CASE

The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver issued its decision in Truman v. Johnson, et al., reversing the trial court’s adverse ruling on summary judgment and remanding the case to the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. The case is brought by a Utah man whose claims include civil rights violations against a Utah prosecutor who fabricated evidence in order to secure a criminal conviction. Shawn P. Bailey, Shaun L Peck, and Loren K. Peck represented Mr. Truman on appeal.
