SETTLEMENT IN EXCESS OF $420,000 IN MOTORCYLE INJURY CASE

A settlement in excess of $420,000 was obtained on behalf of a Peck Baxter client who was seriously injured when a car pulled out in front of him while he was driving his motorcycle. The client was represented by Nathan A. Duncan and Shaun L. Peck.
