Trial Win in Spousal Abuse Case

At the conclusion of a two-day trial in Logan, Utah, the Court found in favor of Peck Baxter client who was choked and threatened by her common-law husband. For plaintiff’s pain and suffering caused by the defendant’s assault, the Court awarded $160,000.
