Patent verdict in favor of Logan-based company upheld by federal appellate court
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued its opinion in Mytee Products, Inc. v. Harris Research, Inc. (Case Nos. 2010-1207; 2010-1226) upholding the district court’s permanent injunction against Mytee Products, Inc. based on a San Diego jury verdict finding that Logan, Utah-based Harris Research, Inc.’s patents were both valid and infringed by Mytee Products, Inc. Peck Baxter partner Shaun L Peck represented Harris Research, Inc. at the jury trial and, with former Peck Baxter associate Preston K. Frischknecht, on appeal.
