Congratulations to Peck Baxter's Newest Partner, Nathan A. Duncan

Peck Baxter Watkins & Bailey is proud to welcome Nathan A. Duncan as the firm’s newest partner.

Mr. Duncan has been a valuable member of the Peck Baxter team since 2019, and has consistently proven his work ethic and invaluable experience. He has worked tirelessly to zealously represent his clients since the start of his Peck Baxter tenure.

Mr. Duncan got his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007 and is licensed to practice law in Utah and Missouri. He practices in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, class actions, civil rights, and products liability. He has been selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in Missouri every year since 2012 and, in 2018, the National Trial Lawyers Association named Nathan as one its “Top 100” civil plaintiff’s lawyers.
