Utah County jury finds no liability for real estate developers represented by Peck Baxter
At the conclusion of a 9-day trial, a jury in the Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah found in favor of Peck Baxter’s clients who had been sued by a business competitor alleging breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, misappropriation, civil conspiracy, negligent and/or fraudulent concealment/ nondisclosure, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract. The litigation in Ki Man Ma, and KMA Real Estate Developments vs. Sambongi, Imgram, Maddox, Pleasant Development, Copper Lefe, and Trivally Investments began in 2012 in Utah County. Peck Baxter partners Brandon J. Baxter and Shawn P. Bailey successfully represented the defendants Ingram, Maddox, Pleasant Developmenet, and Copper Lefe at trial.
