EXCELLENT TRIAL RESULT IN BREACH OF CONTRACT CASE

At the conclusion of a bench trial in Cache County, a Utah judge ruled in favor of Peck Baxter’s client who had been sued by a former customer alleging breach of contract. The litigation began in 2018. Peck Baxter partner Nathan A. Duncan represented the Defendant at trial.
