SETTLEMENT IN EXCESS OF $1.8 MILLION IN WRONGFUL DEATH CASE

Brandon J. Baxter successfully obtained a settlement in excess of $1.8 million on behalf of the heirs of a Utah man who was killed in an automobile accident caused by a negligent driver, who was working for a business at the time of the crash.
