Erik Mickelson v. County of Ramsey

The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order dismissing all civil rights and other claims brought by the plaintiffs in the lawsuit entitled Erik Mickelson v. County of Ramsey (Case No. 13-CV-2911). Peck Baxter attorney Marty E. Moore, along with Minneapolis attorney Daniel L. Payne, represents Defendants First California Bank and Outpay Systems, LLC – who provide debit cards given to inmates released from the Ramsey County jail.
