Settlement in excess of $4.7 Million in Wrongful Death Case

A favorable settlement in excess of $4.7 million was obtained by Peck Baxter on behalf of the heirs of a Utah man who was killed in an industrial workplace accident.

The heirs are represented by Shaun L Peck and Loren K. Peck.
