D. Cole Fronk


 

D. Cole Fronk graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University in Law and Constitutional Studies and received his law degree from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. While studying law in the Washington, D.C. area, Cole interned with the Probate Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court and the Government Information Law Division (GILD) of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). 

Cole has been admitted to practice in both Utah and Idaho. His practice includes personal injury, assault and battery, contract and insurance claim disputes, and immigration. Cole previously served as the attorney for the No More A Stranger Foundation Logan clinic, a non-profit that helps indigent clients apply for adjustment of immigration status or visas. He currently provides volunteer immigration services for Citizens Against Physical and Sexual Abuse (CAPSA) and the Cache Refugee and Immigrant Connection (CRIC). 

Cole continues the firm’s over 20-year immigration practice, helping immigrants in Utah, Idaho, and other parts of the United States receive permanent residence and citizenship through employment and through family members. Cole’s employment-based immigration experience includes permanent residence for clients through labor certification, outstanding professor-researcher I-140 petitions, and National Interest Waiver I-140 petitions. Cole also works with United States consulates around the world to obtain immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including H-1B and fiancée visas.
